Key Program Components
Startup Discovery & Growth
- Selecting 12 early-stage founders
- Conducting 50+ group sessions in Croatia and NYC
- Hosting networking events, bootcamps, mentorship, and demo days
- Providing pitch sessions in NYC and Zagreb
Ecosystem Sustainability
- Offering resources and mentorship for a sustainable startup ecosystem
- Increasing the number of active startups in the local ecosystem
- Collecting feedback during the pilot phase
- Refining the incubation model for adaptability
Global Scaling Framework
- Developing a scalable framework capable of expanding the program’s impact beyond Croatia, targeting at least 3 other regional or global ecosystems within the next two years

Infobip and Entrepreneurs for Global Change (EGC) will develop a central platform for Scale Up 2.0, enabling founders to access mentors from Infobip, Goldman Sachs, Antler, Columbia’s StartupLab, and others…
Founders can choose mentors based on expertise, book sessions directly, and profit from regular mentoring based on their specific needs.
Pre-seed fund
Scale 2.0 will be fortified by developing a community of seed and angel investors, ensuring that early-stage founders are supported with essential funding to transform their innovative ideas into successful ventures.
